Work and results would be regularly monitored, analysed and reviewed. Where necessary, and with a client's approval, I may suggest adjustments or a re-pivot of the strategy. So there may be some evolving and fine-tuning along the way to help get success.
I will stand back and view a client's existing and possible future services against the shifting backgrounds of potential future prospects needs, current economic trends and conditions, competitor analysis, etc. There is a regular eye kept on business news to help spot other potential opportunities and leads within existing target markets or I may suggest new target markets.
